GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS AND CONDITIONS:
How to Apply:
For Post Codes 1 to 4: Candidates are required to apply ONLINE ONLY through NGT website www.greentribunal.gov.in Online registration will commence from 26 Nov 2014 and the last date for online registration is 20 December 2014. No other means/mode of submission of applications will be accepted. Candidates applying online are required to take printout of their online application form having auto generated unique online registration number for submitting at the time of interview, if shortlisted.

For Post Code 5 : Applications may be submitted either online or offline from 26th November, 2014. The last date for applying online/offline is 20th December, 2014. Candidates applying online are required to apply online only through NGT website www.greentribunal.gov.in and take printout of their online application form having auto generated unique online application number for submitting at the time of interview, if shortlisted.

Candidates applying offline are required to apply only on the format with auto generated unique application number, downloaded, from NGT website www.greentribunal.gov.in, by entering the required particulars, i.e., Post Applied For, Name and Date of Birth. The offline applications may be sent to The Registrar General, National Green Tribunal, Faridkot House, Copernicus Marg, New Delhi 110001 in a sealed envelope with the words "Application for the post of Peon/Orderly/Court Attendant" written on top of it, so as to reach by 20th December, 2014 positively. Incomplete, unsigned, the applications not on the prescribed format and received after the last date of receipt of applications shall be rejected summarily, without any notice to the candidate.

General instructions for all Posts:

  1. Number of vacancies is likely to vary.
  2. For reservation, Model Reservation Roster (MRR) will be followed.
  3. Upper age relaxable upto 40 years for Govt./NGT Servants.
  4. Upper age limit for Sch. Castes, Sch. Tribes, OBCs and other special categories of persons is relaxable in accordance with instructions or orders issued by the Central Government issued from time to time.
  5. The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be closing date for receipt of applications.
  6. Separate application may be submitted for each post applied for.
  7. The applications may be shortlisted according to the criteria as may be prescribed for the purpose.
  8. The details like General Conditions, eligibility, selection process, how to apply etc. can be viewed from website of the National Green Tribunal (www.greentribunal.gov.in).
  9. The candidates in service may send advance application on the condition that, the requisite "NOC" will be submitted at the time of the interview.
  10. Skill Test and interviews, as the case may be, shall be conducted at the Principal Bench or respective Zonal Benches at Chennai, Bhopal, Pune or Kolkata, depending upon sufficient number of applications.
