LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO BE BROUGHT ON THE DAY OF SKILL TEST FOR THE POST OF ITI TRAINEES SCHEDULED ON 08th March 2019
Candidates called for the skill test for the post of ITI Trainees on 08th March 2019 at Lucknow (UP) must bring the following documents in original along with one set of photo copy COMPULSORILY for verification on the day of skill test as per the schedule mentioned in your Admit card:
Date of Birth (10th standard /Matriculation certificate.)
Qualification (ITI certificate/mark sheets of all semesters/years)
The caste certificate of Schedule Caste/ Scheduled Tribe issued from the Competent Authority in the format prescribed by GOI, if applicable (Click here to download).
The caste certificate of OBC-NCL category. Candidates belonging to OBC-Non Creamy layer is requested to bring current year caste certificate from the Competent Authority, if applicable (Click here to download).
The Ex-Serviceman certificate from the Competent Authority, if applicable.
Documents related to Land Oustee(LO) of MUNPL claim, status if applicable.
Duly self attested one set of photocopy of all documents indicated above.
Skill Test Admit Card duly signed at the space provided.
Candidates will be required to submit TA bills and journey tickets in original for journey undertaken. TA for journey between Candidates's hometown as per Registered address and Lucknow by Sleeper class / Non- AC Bus shall be payable. Candidates need to give / submit their Bank A/c No. and IFSC Code for reimbursement as per UPL's rule. (Click here to download TA Claim Performa).

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES APPEARING FOR SKILL TEST
The candidate must bring Admit Card at the Skill Test Centre. The candidate is also required to bring one of the PHOTO IDENTIFICATION CARD (not photocopy or scanned copy)in original viz. Voter Identity Card, Driving Licence, PAN Card, Passport, Aadhar Card, etc. along with Admit Card.
The identity of the candidate will be matched from the original proof.
The candidate's photograph and signature should be legibly printed and visible on the photo ID card and should match the name on Admit Card. The Photo ID card should not be damaged or smudged.
Candidates will not be allowed to enter at the test centre without a valid admit card and Photo Identification card as mentioned above.
No candidate shall be permitted in the Skill Test Centre without carrying Admit Card and ID proof (in original) under any circumstances. In case, change in the name by the candidate after/before marriage, the candidate must bring the original matriculation certificate along with original Identification Card. The identity of the candidate will be matched from the proofs to be provided by the candidate.
The admit cards shall only be made available on the web site http://www.utilitypowertech.org for download & printing by the candidate. The admit card is computer generated and SHALL NOT be sent by post.
Candidates must reach the Skill Test Centre at the reporting time specified in the admit card. No candidate will be permitted entry after the Test Centre Gate Closing Time specified in the admit card, under any circumstances.
As late coming is not allowed, candidates are advised to locate their test centre and its accessibility at least a day before the test so that they can reach the centre on time on the day of the test.
Candidates' admission to all the stages of the examination is purely provisional subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions. Mere issue of Admit Card to the candidate will not imply that his/her candidature has been finally cleared by UPL.
Candidates are required to register themselves on Biometric system before commencement of Skill Test, therefore, for capturing Bio-metric data, candidates are advised not to apply any external material on their hands/foot like Mehendi, ink etc.
Once the Biometric attendance/Capturing of photograph at the Registration Desk is done, such candidate will not be allowed to leave the Skill Test Hall before end of the examination.
Rough Sheet(s) will be provided to candidate for rough work, which will have to be returned to the invigilators after end of the examination. Candidate should clearly write his/her name and Roll No. on each rough sheet.
The details printed on this admit card must be checked by the candidate. In case of any misprinting/error in the admit card including dull/no photograph & signature, the candidate is advised to personally report at Facilitation Counter along with 2 passport size photographs and documentary evidence/certificates, photo ID card etc. so that necessary corrections are made accordingly.
Candidates must refrain from creating any obstruction during the conduct of the Skill Test. If any candidate is found obstructing the conduct of the examination or creating disturbances at the examination venue, his/her candidature shall be summarily cancelled. Such candidate shall also be liable to be debarred from future examinations of UPL and legal proceedings could be initiated against him/her.
The candidate should bring only Admit Card, Photo Identification Card and Ball Point Pens to Skill Test Centre. Candidates are strictly advised not to bring mobile/cellular phones, ear phones, books, notes, electronics or smart watches with facility of calculations, pagers or any other electronics communications device, bags, wallet, purses, pen drives or dongles etc. inside the Skill Test centre/premises. Any infringement of these instructions shall entail disciplinary action against such candidates including ban from future examinations. Candidates are also advised not to bring any valuable/costly items to the examination centre, as safekeeping of the same cannot be assured. UPL will not be responsible for any loss in this regard.
Frisking will be done at entry point and during the examination. In the examination, if a candidate is (or has been) found guilty of:
using unfair means during the examination or
impersonating or procuring impersonation by any person or
misbehaving in the examination hall or
resorting to any irregular or improper means in connection with his/her candidature for selection or
obtaining support for his/her candidature by any unfair means, such a candidate may, in addition to rendering himself/herself liable to criminal prosecution, will also be liable:
to be disqualified from the examination for which he/she is a candidate and
to be debarred, either permanently or for a specified period, from any examination or recruitment conducted by UPL.
